Terms of Service

FlightPNR ("we", "us") is a travel management service based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By using www.flightpnr.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We create a genuine flight reservation in the airline GDS and email you an itinerary with a real airline booking code (PNR). Optional hotel reservations may also be provided.

A reservation is not a paid airline ticket and cannot be used to board a flight. It is intended for visa applications, proof of onward travel and similar travel-document purposes.

• Enter passenger names exactly as they appear on the passport.
• Provide a correct email address and travel details.
• Use the itinerary only for lawful purposes and not to misrepresent a purchased ticket.

Reservations stay active for the validity period you choose (48 hours, 7 days or 14 days). Airlines may cancel or change unticketed reservations at any time under their own policies; this is outside our control.

Visa and entry decisions are made solely by embassies, consulates and immigration authorities. We do not guarantee that any visa will be approved or that any authority will accept a document.

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you order through our secure payment providers.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as visa fees, travel costs or missed appointments.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies.
