- Passenger names and passenger type.
- Your email address.
- Travel details: airports, dates, flights and any hotel choice.
- Payment confirmation details. Full card numbers are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us.
2. How we use it
- To create your reservation with the airline and, if chosen, a hotel.
- To email your itinerary and order updates.
- To provide customer support and prevent fraud.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
3. Who we share it with
Only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: airlines and the GDS, hotels, payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal) and our email service. We never sell your personal information.
4. How long we keep it
We keep order records only as long as needed to provide support and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
5. Security
Our website uses SSL encryption and we limit access to your information to staff who need it to process your order.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@flightpnr.com. We handle personal information in line with Canada's PIPEDA and other laws that apply.
7. Cookies
We use essential browser storage to remember your booking as you move through checkout. We do not use it for advertising.
